FIELD: nondestructive ultrasonic methods of inspection.
SUBSTANCE: in the offered ultrasonic objective, having a body, with a piezoelectric transducer located on one of its end faces, and a tapered concentrator on the opposite end face, having an acoustic contact with the test piece through immersion oil and positioned coaxially with the piezoelectric transducer, the body is made electroconducting. The body includes coaxially positioned outer and inner conductors provided between which is a dielectric filling. The tapered concentrator base is located on one of the end faces of the body by means of the first conduction layer connecting the concentrator to the outer electrode. The piezoelectric transducer is positioned in the center of the concentrator base and connected to the central conductor of the coaxial line by means of the second conduction layer.
EFFECT: improved electric matching at high operating frequencies at conservation of a high resolution and efficiency of electroacoustic transformation.
