FIELD: mechanical engineering; conveyors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt conveyor loading devices with shock-absorbing supports for belt in place where load to be transported is loaded onto belt. Proposed device to support conveyor belt includes elastic rollers, each freely fitted on two support rolls with beads at end faces and with semiround concentric bosses arranged lengthwise with possibility of interaction with surface of elastic rollers, and conveyor frame and belt resting on elastic rollers. Elastic rollers are made of toroidal inflatable chambers freely adjoining each other and fixed at two sides by pressure disks interconnected along axis by clamping rod with clamping nuts on its ends. Pressure disks are provided with cylindrical shells cantilever and concentrically secured on disks for engagement with inner surfaces of extreme inflatable chambers. Concentric bosses of support rolls are placed in free spaces between inflatable chambers.
EFFECT: facilitated making of inflatable cylindrical rollers of length commensurable with width of conveyor belt, increased service life of rollers.
