SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to compositions for production of protective phosphate coatings used for preparation of surfaces of a metal products and structures and may be used before painting in metal-working industry and machine-building industry. The composition contains(in mass %): orthophosphoric acid - 27.5-30.0; sodium-containing compound - sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide - 5.0-11.0; nickel nitrate - 4.8-6.0; nitric acid - 3.0-5.0; zinc oxide - 1.6-3.0; water - up to 100. The correctional compound contains (in mass %): orthophosphoric acid - 36.0-39.5; sodium-containing compound - sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide - 0.5-3.5; nickel nitrate - 3.8-6.0; oxide zinc oxide - 10.0-12.5; water - up to 100. The technical result is development of a new composition for production of protective phosphate coating with high operational characteristics: optimal and stable parameters of a phosphate layer mass, decrease of the composition consumption, reduction of amount a formed slime at preservation of operational characteristics of varnish-and-paint coatings that is - stable against corrosion action.
