Abstract RU 2261371 C1

FIELD: variable-delivery air cooling apparatuses.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device whose variable delivery is afforded by varying inclination angle of impeller blades of axial-flow fan during its stopping has fan blade positioning mechanism incorporating removable holder mounted by means of clamps on fan motor frame. Holder mounts rod with template to fit cross-sectional area of blade in plane parallel to plane of impeller rotation for vertical displacement, turning relative to vertical axis, and locking in position. Template has fixed and movable parts for turning and locking in one of six positions depending on chosen angle of incidence of blade. In setting desired angle of incidence in vertical plane blade is aligned with rod of device and pressed to movable part of template for its bolting to impeller hub, for carrying rod with template away from blade by turning it, and for setting angle of incidence of next impeller blade.

EFFECT: simplified design of device, facilitated setting of blade at desired angle of incidence equal for all blades.
