FIELD: electrical engineering, automation, and radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed piezoelectric displacement motor incorporating control circuit designed to compensate for piezoid noise by suppressing piezoid distortions and stabilizing excitation frequency has main power amplifier connected to piezoid plate, feedback transducer, and correcting device. Novelty is that one of piezoid plates is split into two parts; signal arrives to first part from output of main power amplifier and signal compensating for noise in piezoid structure, to second plate; the latter signal is generated in comparison circuit whose first input is connected to output of feedback transducer whose input is connected to nonsplit plate of piezoid. Source signal is passed through phase shifter to second input of comparison circuit and output signal of the latter compensating for noise in piezoid structure arrives through correcting device to input of additional power amplifier whose output is connected to second part of split plate of piezoid.
EFFECT: enhanced noise immunity of motor due to compensating for piezoid noise.
