ULTRASONIC WASHING MACHINE WITH NOISE COMPENSATION IN STRUCTURE OF RADIATOR PIEZOELECTRIC CELL Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC D06F19/00

Abstract RU 2379396 C1

FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: to improve noise immunity of piezoelectric radiator, phase changer, compensating element and additional power amplifier are introduced. One armature of piezoelectric radiator is divided into two parts. To reduce noise that occur in circuit of main power amplifier and piezoelectric radiator, additional control circuit is added. Circuit consists of two-inlet circuit of comparison, to one of inlets of which inlet of the main power amplifier is connected via phase changer, and feedback detector is connected to the other inlet. Outlet of comparison circuit via compensating element and additional power amplifier is connected to radiator armature. Noise that causes shifts at armature is corrected by shift in structure of piezoelectric cell on armature of piezoelectric radiator. Detector serves for conversion of piezoelectric radiator oscillations into voltage. Compensating element with coefficient of transfer serves for balancing of frequencies of summary amplitude-frequency characteristic of circuit in working range from amplifier and piezoelectric radiator, and also for compensation of phase shift in this circuit between voltage of signal at the outlet of comparison circuit and voltage at the outlet of additional power amplifier.

EFFECT: improved noise immunity of radiator and provision of stability for system used to maintain required parametres of technological mode of linen processing.
