FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: method involves oral administration of pirroxane in the dose 0.025 g in the areactive period or for 2 h of reactive period to damages patient with freezing. Then cryodamaged tissues are washed out with furacilin and treated with ointment "Vitoderm". Then patient is given pyrroxane in the dose 0.025 g every day for 1 or 2 weeks. Invention promotes to activation of choline-reactive structures in brain, antioxidant and blood anticoagulant mechanisms that, in turn, promotes to inhibition of necrotic processes in cryotrauma zone. Invention can be used in treatment of freezing.
