FIELD: metal working.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises charging the container with workpieces and grinding material, filling the contained with special fluid, and setting the container in planet motion with respect to the carrier and translational rotation with the carrier in the plane perpendicular to the plane of the planet motion. The working is carried out in two stages. During the first stage, the porcelain balls are used. The soap, 1-1.5% in mass, is introduced as an active admixture. During the second stage, working is carried out by means of steel polished balls of the same diameter as the polymeric balls of 0.5 of their diameter in ratio of 1:1 (in volume). The fluid is made of soap solution provided with 0.3-0.5% (in volume) of butanedione and 0.5-1% (in mass) of trisodium phosphate. The diameter of the porcelain balls and volume of fluid are determined from the formulae proposed.
