FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: method includes producing images on substrate surface in form of relation of amplitude of own emission signal A (x, y) from space coordinates by receipt channels with antenna polarization line. Synthesized matrix is formed of images, orthogonal by polarization. Synthesized matrix is processed and earthquake characteristics are calculated. Additionally, probing is performed within UHF range by multi-beam antenna. Synthesized matrix is formed of modules of pixel-wise differences of images of identical surface portions, received at descending and ascending coils of spacecrafts orbits. Processing includes pixels, where current difference module exceeds threshold value. Guiding cosine of current difference module is calculated. Change of length L is tracked by series of formed synthesized matrices and time constant T for tracked process is calculated. Time of impact and amplitude are predicted.
EFFECT: higher sensitivity, higher trustworthiness.
