FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: abdominal cavity of pregnant rat female is opened in layers, wound of uterus is taken out with fetuses in it, fetus is rotated to position comfortable for operative invasion, is held in place, covers of fetal bladder are penetrated by steel needle and then fetus is penetrated too at right subcostal area in place of liver projection, fetus is preserved until normal pregnancy termination, while prior to needle penetration a cut is made on uterus 0,8-1,0 cm long, fetus is rotated after fetal bladder bursts out of cut, and bladder is penetrated for 0,5-0,7 cm deep, after which bursting portion of fetal bladder is taken in by catgut.
EFFECT: reproduction of liver damage, maximally close to natural organism conditions.
