SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes potato washing and inspection. Prepared potato is treated with lipid-containing extract obtained from biomass of Mortierella bainiery micromycete and conditioned for 8 h. Then potato is peeled, post-peeled, cut, roasted, pre-packed in vacuum followed by sealing and pasteurization.
EFFECT: garnish potato of improved organoleptic properties.
