FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has supporting unit composed of two hollow casings, two traction levers each being engageable with one arm to supporting unit rods, supporting clamp, two detachable reposition rings, femoral thrusting unit articulated with the supporting unit and foot bed. The device has clamps mounted on the supporting unit and movable along it, reposition platform and two springs of different rigidity. The detachable reposition rings movable along three mutually perpendicular axes are mounted on corresponding clamps. The femoral thrusting unit has two detachable femoral rings linked with fixing rod to lower clamp. The second reposition lever arms are engageable with reposition platform bearing foot bed allowing longitudinal displacement. Spring of greater rigidity is mounted on the supporting unit between the lower rigidity spring and the reposition platform.
EFFECT: high accuracy of reposition; increased operation field zone and X-ray visibility area.
