FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device is used for re-positioning and fixing of bone fragments at forearm fractures. Device has reference ring with lockers of needles, re-positioning unit, needles and arm's lodgment with belts. Re-positioning unit is made in form of bars. Any bar has to be a rod which end has internal thread part and rest, and the other end it has bushing with internal thread, buses with needles' lockers and guides for mounting bars, compression regulation springs mounted onto thread part of rod between rest and guide for compression by nuts which are disposed at thread part of rod. Springs connect reference ring with bushings to internal thread of movable thread rods for rotation and elongation of bone fractures. Arm lodgment is connected with bus by means of plank, rack and stop for achieving optimal level of disposition of lodgment onto forearm.
EFFECT: reduced time for treatment due to controlled compression; elimination of lateral and rotational shifts of bone fractures.
