SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of gas producing industry, chemical industry, iron and steel industry, aircraft industry, in particular, to cleaners of dielectric liquids and gases from particles of a solid dispersed phase with the help of power electric fields The invention increases efficiency of clearing of a working agent and regeneration of the device at reduction of dates of realization of the operation due to a new design of a cell - accumulator of impurities. The electrical cleaner of dielectric liquids and gases consists of a body with connecting pipes of inlet and outlet of a working agent. Inside the body there are the upper and the lower limiting plates. Between them in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the device there are pairs placed coaxially to each other. The pairs consist of a dielectric partition with cylindrical channels for pass of the working agent and a disk-shaped settling electrode with perforated circular holes located coaxially to the central channels. The pairs are mounted with an interleaving of the sign of a potential of the disk-shaped settling electrode. The internal surface of the body and the surface of the disk-shaped settling electrode are coated with an insulation material. The area of the dielectric partition exceeds a gross area of cross-section of the cylindrical channels in 2-6 times. The circular holes of the disk-shaped settling electrode of the adjacent pairs and the cylindrical channels of the dielectric partition of each pair form a cell - accumulator of impurities. Edges of the circular holes of the disk-shaped settling electrode are elongated in direction of the working agent movement with formation of a truncated cone. The inclination of a sidewall of the truncated cone makes 8-20°. The diameter of the base of the truncated cone is equal to the diameter of the cylindrical channels of the dielectric partition. The outer surfaces of the sidewall of the truncated cone form the base of the cell - accumulator of impurities. The internal surfaces of the sidewall of the truncated cone form the top of the subjacent cell - accumulator of impurities.
EFFECT: the invention ensures increased efficiency of clearing of a working agent and regeneration of the device at reduction of dates of realization of the operation.
