SUBSTANCE: invention describes a polynucleotide encoding phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase and comprising a polynucleotide sequence taken among the group including: a) polynucleotide identical to pEK-pckA or pEK-pckB polynucleotide comprising in plasmid; b) polynucleotide encoding the indicated polypeptide that comprises amino acid sequence identical by at least 90% with amino acid sequence represented in SEQ ID NO:2; c) polynucleotide that is complementary to ones indicated in sub-paragraphs a), b) and c), and a probe used for preparing the polynucleotide. Invention provides enhancing effectiveness of method in preparing amino acids.
