SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a microbiological method for preparing amino acids of family aspartates and/or glutamates. Pyruvate carboxylase activity is elevated by genetic enzyme alteration and/or expression of pyruvate carboxylase gene in microorganism producing the corresponding amino acid. Invention claims pyruvate carboxylase gene with sequence given in the description, gene construction and plasmid vector used in the proposed method. Invention provides enhancing production of amino acids of family aspartates and/or glutamates by microorganisms.
