Disclosed is a method of producing L-isoleucine using a microorganism of genus Corynebacterium, containing protein, having citramalate synthase activity.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to increase productivity of L-isoleucine in a modified microorganism in comparison with a parent non-modified microorganism.
