SUBSTANCE: method involves applying endodontic treatment of root, gingival retraction, restoring tooth root walls to gingiva level and next to it restoring its crown portion by layering composite material over a structure built in advance. The structure has anchorage pin, gold-coated metal gauze and beam fixed in slots produced on bearing teeth on the defect side and turned towards vestibular tooth surface. The pin is introduced through root part of the gauze formed in conformance with oval root cavity shape. When fixing the pin and root part of the gauze, the crown part is placed on the same side with vestibular tooth surface. The gauze and beam is attached to each other with thin metal threads.
EFFECT: high stability and strength under functional loading conditions.
