FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying endodontic treatment and excising hypertrophied gingiva. Cavities are formed in distal and mesial root canals in vestibulo-oral direction and in interradicular septum for fixing mating supporting and bearing parts of M-shaped reinforcing dowel manufactured from gold-plated net. When forming mesial root cavity, the root canals are joined and the interradicular cavity is produced as oval shape cavity. Free net wires are conducted over the bearing part center before fixing the dowel. Root base and coronal part walls are built from macrofilled composite material after having fixed the double-end dowel. Coronoradicular cavity enclosed between the walls is reinforced by means of coronoradicular carcass manufactured in advance from gold-plated net having hole perforated in the central part of its root portion through which wires are introduced and fixed on the root carcass part surface. The coronoradicular cavity is layer-by-layer filled with macrofilled composite material. Tubercles are restored using the macrofilled composite material.
EFFECT: retained tooth; improved strength and prolonged service life.
