SUBSTANCE: invention describes using biological microchip "TB-Biochip (RIF)" in assay of medicinal sensitivity of mycobacterium tuberculosis L-forms to rifampicin. Method involves preliminary confirmation of taxonomic belonging of L-form to mycobacterium tuberculosis and DNA is isolated from L-form of mycobacterium tuberculosis followed by its study by using microchip "TB-Biochip (RIF)". Medicinal sensitivity to rifampicin is determined by the presence of mutations in rpoB gene. Using "TB-Biochip (RIF)" for determination of medicinal sensitivity of L-forms of mycobacterium tuberculosis to rifampicin provides correction of medicinal treatment of patients with tuberculosis with the revealed medicinal resistance of L-forms of mycobacterium tuberculosis to rifampicin. Invention can be used in medicine.
