Propose the method for determining genetic determinants of resistance of the pathogen of tuberculosis to Bedaquiline and Linezolid, including multiplex amplification of the Rv0678, atpE, 23S rRNA, rplC genes, providing an oligonucleotide microchip to determine the presence/absence of point mutations, insertions, deletions in the indicated genes, hybridization of the amplified fluorescently-labeled products on the oligonucleotide microchip and registration of the results of hybridization.

EFFECT: invention allows to establish the presence/absence of determinants of an unknown pre-localization in the Rv0678 gene sequence, as well as to identify mutations in the atpE, 23S rRNA, rplC genes associated with Bedaquiline and Linezolid resistance.
