FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: one should detect the content of ammonia along with organic amines in the air of mouth cavity due to intake of urea of normal isotopic composition of 12C 1H4 14N2 16O and detecting patient's infectiousness degree due to comparing the results of trials, moreover, one should detect the content of ammonia with accompanied organic amines I the air of mouth cavity should be performed after the intake of urea, moreover detection of initial level should be carried out before the onset of urea hydrolysis within 0-1.0 min interval, and detection of ammonia's loading content - during the period of active urea hydrolysis within 1-9 min interval after the intake of urea, moreover, air sampling out of mouth cavity, air supply onto pick up unit for ammonia transformation into a signal, detection of ammonia content with accompanied organic amines in the air and, also, detection of patient's infectiousness should be performed either once or periodically, or continuously. For this purpose one should apply device that contains means for air sampling out of mouth cavity, pick up unit for ammonia transformation into a signal, measuring unit, treatment unit, and indication unit, moreover, measuring unit is designed as a unit for signal measuring with possibility to transform them into digital form, pick up unit for ammonia transformation into a signal is designed as electrochemical sensing device its input being connected with a tube with means for air sampling, this device is additionally supplemented with memory unit and enhancing unit its input being connected with the output of pick up unit for signal measuring, and output of enhancing unit is connected with the input of the unit for signal measuring with possibility to transform them into digital form, its output being connected with the input of memory unit its output being connected with the input of treatment unit, moreover, the output of the latter is connected with the input of indication unit.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
