SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with correcting osteotomy, applying and fixing a transplant onto pathological bone as a straw which should be applied subperiosteally onto anterior-posterior osseous surface, and along its internal surface one should apply and fix a transplant in the form of a plate, moreover, a transplant is designed out of vinyl pyrrolidone. Along external osseous surface one should apply a plate-like device out of nickelide-titanium curved at the angle of 120-130 against the lower part and use tightening bolts via device's longitudinal through groove, through fragments of own bone and a transplant in the form of a plate, unfixed ends of the device should be introduced into collum femoris to prevent the relapse of deformation.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of surgical therapy.
