SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Correcting osteotomy of femoral bone is performed. Into distal fragment embedded is cone cortical allotransplant wedged in lumen of bone-marrow canal and spongy bone of distal metaphys and intended for stable fixation of screws in case of on-bone osteosynthesis with plate.
EFFECT: method ensures increase of bone resistance to pathologic fractures, reduction of amount of surgeries necessary for patient and recovery of supporting and motor functions of extremity.
