FIELD: grain processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used in the agroindustrial complex of grain processing and food industry. Controlled feed of grain to surfaces of moving upper 4 and lower 6 working elements with variable curvature and state of the surfaces is carried out. Adjustable oscillations and vibrations are sent to upper 4 working element. Grain material is transported in a variable volume, namely, in a decreasing wedge-shaped gap between these surfaces, with grab caryopsis and subsequent destruction thereof. Output of the resultant products is carried out through the holes. System of synchronously oscillating wedge-shaped or curvilinear surfaces, oppositely arranged relative to the suspension axis to which forced controlled oscillations are applied, is used as upper 4 working element. System of curvilinear or flat surfaces oppositely arranged relative to the suspension axis is used as lower 6 fixed working element. Controlled feed of grain is carried out on the surfaces of the lower working element oppositely arranged relative to the suspension axis.
EFFECT: method allows automating the process of grinding grain materials with increasing productivity.
