FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to milling of grain. Proposed method consists in that grains are fed in working space in controlled process with grains orientation and feed on moving surface. Controlled grain deformation, destruction, crushing and discharge at variable pressure are performed. Note here that moving surface limiting working space represent support concave surface with controlled perforation, curvature, and convex surface of pendulum with controlled roughness and curvature. Besides, proportioned feed of grain onto concave surface is performed in both surface feed in pendulum convex surface zone and its fixed stop in said zone. Grain proportioned feed, deformation, destruction and crushing with adjustable clearance between pendulum support concave and convex surfaces are performed in discrete manner by vibrating pendulum convex surfaces in vertical plane with controlled amplitude and frequency and moving concave surface in controlled manner.
EFFECT: expanded performances, higher efficiency.
