FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines; testing facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of testing includes interrelated technological operations, namely, mounting of high-pressure fuel pumps with nozzle, delivery of working liquid into measuring tank and determination of fuel injection angle of nozzles. Prior to determining fuel injection angle, injection pressure is measured which is carried out in closed volume, an angle of injection is determined with conversion of injection force into signal.
EFFECT: increased capacity and improved quality of testing, reduced labor input.
