DEVICE FOR ACTUATING AUXILIARY MECHANISMS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2263839 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises pulley of the crankshaft, pulley of the auxiliary unit, pulley of the generator, single belt tensioner, pulley of the single belt tensioner, belt for transmitting power tensioned on the pulley of the crankshaft, pulley of the auxiliary unit, pulley of the generator, and pulley of the belt tensioner. The belt for transmitting power has sections defined by the ends adjacent to each of the pulleys including the unloaded section when starting the side that ends at the pulley of the generator and continues from it in the direction of motion of the belt to the second end and intermediate sections whose origins are at the crankshafts and ends are at the pulley of the generator. The unit comprises a single pulley of the tensioner whose axis axially shifted from the axis of rotation of the pulley of the generator. The pulley of the generator operates as a motor pulley. The pulley of the tensioner is located near the end of the intermediate section.

EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
