FIELD: mechanical engineering; belt drive system.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tensioning device being twin tensioner designed for tensioning of belt in belt power drive. Proposed device has belt tensioner device, first sheave of device for tensioning the belt, crankshaft sheave, auxiliary device sheave and belt to transmit energy which passes around first sheave of belt tensioner, crankshaft sheave and auxiliary device sheave. Belt tensioning device is device of such type which includes place for fastening motionless relative to engine cylinder block, guide and first slides installed for sliding relative to guide with two degrees of travel freedom. First sheave of device is installed for rotation on first slides for engagement with belt transmitting energy. Flexible member displaces first slides in longitudinal direction relative to guide. Device is furnished with second slides installed for sliding relative to guide with two degrees of travel freedom. Second sheave is installed on second slides for rotation and engagement with belt transmitting energy. Second slides move in longitudinal direction relative to guide.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics and reliability of device.
