FIELD: data transfer networks.
SUBSTANCE: network is made in accordance to ATM technology in form of two transport rings, connecting central and local broadcasting studios, and having several mutual alignment points. Commutation means in network are main commutators, mounted in no less than six largest network nodes. ATM-video codecs are used are means for transfer and receipt of video-signals, codecs being connected to network via multi-service gates.
EFFECT: network with high resolution rate of transferred video and audio signals.
