FIELD: communications.
SUBSTANCE: video-phone communication is based on cable television networks. At client side attachment and transmitting camera are mounted. In cable networks commutation blocks are positioned - automatic phone stations, provided with input devices. Clients are distributed among client networks, in which all clients are connected to same two-wire line. Each client has transmission frequencies and receipt frequencies for television signals assigned.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
