FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has body, set-point and current time indication block, block for prior set-point function and for indication of signal giving time, block for sending signal, power block and block for temporary stopping of signal with controller, on the panel of which buttons are present for adjusting length of signal stopping period. Block of temporary stopping of signal is made in form of a set of timers, each of which is adjusted for different action time and is connected to one of buttons for adjusting length of period of signal stopping.
