FIELD: furniture for accommodation of various parts of equipment, such as computer parts.
SUBSTANCE: computer terminal has base, platform for monitor, at least one arm rest, seat with back, head rest and means for interdependent changing position of said parts relative to base. Said means is made in the form of carriage with reciprocating drive, said carriage being kinematically connected with seat, back, monitor platform, and arm rest. Seat is connected to carriage through member with variable distance between points of attachment thereof and flat multiple-link mechanism, with links being defined by back and head rest pole, and one of kinematic pairs being defined by drive transmission. Monitor platform is connected with carriage through flat multiple-link mechanism whose link is defined by base and one of kinematic pairs is defined by drive transmission. Arm rest is connected with carriage through flat multiple-link pivotal mechanism, with one of pivot joints of said mechanism being secured on head rest pole for performing reciprocating movement.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing ergonomically optimal seating of operator relative to terminal members and provision for interdependent changing position of terminal members.
