FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring and control of condition of vehicles and responding to off-standard and emergency situations, including high-jacking and road accidents. Proposed system contains controller of local information network, monitoring and control electronic modules, events protocols recorder and security subsystem. Outputs and inputs of monitoring and control electronic modules are connected, respectively, to first groups of inputs and outputs of controller of local information network. Second output and input of controller of local information network are connected, respectively, to input and first output of event protocol recorder. Input of security subsystem is connected through first matching unit to second output of event protocol recorder, and output is connected with third input of controller of local information network of controller of local information network. System includes accident transmitter, navigation receiver, second matching unit and series-connected data base, comparator unit, radio-telephone massage forming unit and radio-telephone message transmitting unit. Additional output of controller of local information network is connected to control inputs of data base and navigation receiver, first additional input is connected to output of accident transmitter, and second additional input is connected to output of navigation receiver and to second input comparator unit. Third output of event protocols recorder is connected through second matching unit to second input of radio-telephone message forming unit. System cuts down and increases efficiency of respond to different off-standard and emergency situation, including high-jacking and road accidents. Time of respond is cut owing to coordinate tie of vehicle to places of location of corresponding stations of emergency assistance and address delivery of telephone messages to nearest stations.
EFFECT: reduced time taken for emergency responding and assistance in case of off-standard situations, high jacking and road accidents.
