SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding raw horse meat and back fat in chopper; shredding newly harvested green head cabbage and freezing and grinding in chopper without access of oxygen; blanching oatmeal in water until its weight is increased by two times; using bone bouillon in natural form; mixing while adding water, said mixing procedure being performed without access of oxygen.

EFFECT: improved assimilation of specific product.
