SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of destructive forms of acute appendicitis. One should tighten and dissect vermiform process at the bottom, the stump of vermiform process should be covered with mobilized fatty suspension of ileocecal angle, suspension should be sutured up to cecal cupola with 3-4 P-shaped serous-muscular sutures. The innovation enables to prevent chronic intestinal obstruction and reflux-ileitis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
