FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves endoscopically detecting erythematous spot. Additional endoscopic ultrasonographic examination of injured region is carried out. Deformed and dilated blood vessels of 0.5-4 mm large diameter coming to mucous membrane surface being available in submucous layer, the detected area is marked. Endoscopic mucous membrane and submucous layer resection is carried out on lesion area. 1 month long course of antisecretory therapy is administered beginning from the next day after operation.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring normal blood circulation; reduced risk of hemorrhage.
