METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF ELECTRIC-EROSIVE DURABILITY OF MATERIALS FOR ELECTRIC CONTACT CLAMPS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2265862 C1

FIELD: reliability of technical systems.

SUBSTANCE: method includes setting values of acceleration coefficient, performing testing of samples in forced mode, in which for forcing tests through contact during one commutation electric charge let through is of larger value, than value of electric charge in formal mode, results are recorded, processed in forced mode for normal mode conditions, test results are processed, on basis of processing results resource of material is estimated. Censoring moments are set in normal Tn and forced Tf modes, approximate value of acceleration coefficient k = Tn/Transformer is set, two selections of samples from batch are formed, samples are tested from first batch in normal mode until breakdown or until censoring moment Tn, result tn, is recorded, then switching moments Tsf of forced mode to normal mode and tests end Tfn are received in stepped mode, samples from second batch are tested in stepped mode, including forced test mode until breakdown or moment Tfn, results at each step tsf and tfn are recorded, results are processed in stepped mode for normal mode conditions. Probabilities of reliable operation in normal Pn(t) and stepped Ps(t) modes are calculated, value of acceleration coefficient ky is estimated precisely, after that remaining samples from batch are tested in forced mode until breakdown or censoring moment Tf, tf is recorded, result is calculated for normal mode conditions, probability of reliable operation P(t) is calculated, parameters of Weibull allocation t0 and coefficient are determined, then resource m of subject material is estimated, calculated as mathematical expectation of operation until breakdown in accordance to formula m = t0*G(1+1/s), where G(1+1/s) - gamma-function.

EFFECT: shorter time needed for testing resource of materials.
