FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to methods of determining reliability properties of radio electronic equipment, in particular, determination of shipborne radio electronic equipment (REE) resource. Prior to tests REE under load action with calculation of failure intensity, preliminary analysis of significance of action of external conditions of normal operation of tested REE on its life and accelerated tests load types corresponding to these conditions are selected. Then type of accelerated test plan is selected REE. After that, the ranges of change of accelerated tests loads of each selected type and acceleration coefficients of these tests are determined. Performing accelerated tests REE for each selected type of load after running-in step before its normal operation. For each selected accelerated test load type REE performing the analysis of the function of time distribution to failure and evaluation of its parameters with due allowance for joint use of two types of censoring: sudden failures, development of parametric failures for non-failed modules REE test series. Weibull distribution is accepted as the distribution of MTBF. Further, resource is determined REE for each selected type of load of accelerated tests. In the end of the method there is an additional stage, at which the degree of mutual influence of significant external conditions of normal operation of the tested REE, depending on which complexing scheme of corresponding load types of accelerated tests is selected and total resource estimate is determined REE.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining resource REE under conditions of accelerated tests of limited volume of test series REE, which enables to correctly determine maintenance intervals REE, and as a result to improve reliability during its operation and reduce maintenance costs.
