FIELD: equipment for manufacture of products of composite materials by the method of winding, applicable in manufacture of structures of bodies of solid-propellant rocket engines from polymeric composite materials and tanks operating under pressure, whose power shell is made of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: the mandrel for manufacture of bodies from polymeric composite materials has a set of sand-polymeric components installed on the central shaft. The central shaft is made in the form of two hollow tubular structures of a different diameter, positioned one in the other with formation of an intercylinder cavity and fastened by a set of parts of radial rigidity providing their alignment. The tubular structure of the larger diameter is made with through manufacturing ports (holes) equidistant in length. The given invention makes it possible to produce at heat treatment more symmetrical conditions of heating in thickness of the stack of layers of polymeric composite material of the body, provide the required manufacturing conditions of polymerization of the prepreg of the composite material at covulcanization of rubber layers, and enhance the reliability operation of the body polymeric composite material due to attainment of stability of the physico-mechanical characteristics of the composite, heat-protecting coating and their adhesive properties at the boundary of the heat-protecting coating-composite.
EFFECT: produced a sand-polymeric mandrel of such a structure that around provide supply of heat at heat treatment to the inner surface of the body, and would provide its reliable serviceability in the entire manufacturing cycle.
