FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processes of winding and molding of items from composition materials, and may be used for production of bulky and heavy cylindrically shaped parts of vessels, pipes, casings of solid propellant rocket engines and in different industries of national economy. Mandrel for production of shells from composition material contains central shaft with supports that has the possibility of rotation around its axis. Technological jacket is installed in supports coaxially to the shaft without possibility of rotation. Jacket consists of at least two parts, with internal shape-generating surface that contacts with external surface of molded shell. Supports are made with removable external rings, on which technological jacket is rested. Supports are installed on central shaft in bearings and are connected with central shaft by pins. Pressing of molded shell to shape-generating surface of technological jacket is done with spiral spring that is installed on central shaft among supports. Distensible jacket that is adjacent to internal surface of molded shell is put on the spring. In the jacket tubes are installed, in which rods are inserted that are fixed in openings that are made in supports on circumference that coincides with circumference of tubes location in distensible jacket.
EFFECT: reduction of labour-intensiveness during removal of composition material shell from mandrel.
