FIELD: food processing industry, biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: claimed biological sensor contains unit including substrate and enzyme, and electric circuit. Said enzyme when contacting with substrate is capable of changing electric conductivity thereof. Unit represents component of said electric circuit. Electric circuit is operated by electric and/or magnetic field to generate detectable signal depending on total circuit impedance. Also disclosed are label with such biological sensor and method for examination of product state using the same. Method of present invention makes it possible to examine great number of products and state of individual product, for example to prognosticate residual date of consumption and to predict temperature conditions for product storage.

EFFECT: improved biological sensor for product state examination.
