SUBSTANCE: method involves making a probe containing a gel which contains molecules of a measuring agent, putting the probe in the immediate vicinity of the target objects so that the target objects cause changes in characteristics of the measuring agents, arising from the force of affinity between the target objects and measuring agents, measuring said changes in the characteristics of measuring agents and, based on said changes, making conclusions on the presence of target objects, wherein the target objects are glucose molecules, and the measuring agents are glucose enzymes.
EFFECT: invention can be used for non-contact measurement of the level of glucose in diabetic patients.
