SUBSTANCE: dry concentrate of edible mustard contains mustard powder, sugar, table salt, spices and acidity controller. Additionally concentrate contains vegetable protein, and as acidity controller sodium acetate is used. All components are taken in specific ratio.
EFFECT: concentrate with increased shelf life.
