FIELD: technology of production of alloys on base of aluminum and silicon; production of aluminum-and-silicon alloys.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes introduction of molten silicon into aluminum melt, correction of melt and pouring in molds; metal-containing wastes of aluminum and/or silicon process are subjected to treatment with melt of aluminum or its alloy; amount of wastes is determined by the following formula: Mw=(0.077-0.23)MSi/MAl(MSi+MAl), where Mw is amount of wastes, kg; MAl is mass of molten aluminum, kg; MSi is mass of molten silicon; 0.077 is minimum proportionality coefficient; 0.23 is maximum proportionality coefficient. Then, molten silicon is added to melt.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process.
