FIELD: chemistry; production of oil-soluble corrosion inhibitors of sulfonate type for treatment of ferrous metals.
SUBSTANCE: proposed corrosion inhibitor may be used as additive to motor oils, coolants-and-lubricants, as well as for anticorrosive and preservation treatment of materials. Proposed corrosion inhibitor contains the following components, mass-%: magnesium oxide and/or magnesium hydroxide, 0.23-0.92; lanthanum oxide, 0.15-5.58; triglycerides of higher carboxylic acids, 4.38-67.93; alkyl benzene sulfonic acid, 6.79-43.90; alkanoamine, 1.53-22.64; the remainder being organic solvent.
EFFECT: enhanced protective ability in presence of corrosion activator - sodium chloride.
