FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piston compression machines and it can be used for cutting hard fusible materials (plastics, resins, ice) or blowing out melts in process of cutting hard refractory materials (metals, concrete) for cleaning transportation vessels. Proposed device consists of at least one cylinder, intake and outlet valves, crankshaft and dump valve adjusted to required pressure and connected with main line. Crankshaft is connected with power drive. Outlet valve is connected through outlet branch pipe with additional pipeline, coaxially enclosing main line, whose outlet is connected with working nozzle. Inlet of additional pipeline is connected with cylinder through outlet valve. Outlet is made in form of air duct port enclosing working nozzle of main line. Device can operate as piston compressor with complete utilization of cylinder compression chambers to get not air with high pressure and temperature.
EFFECT: provision of hot air with high pressure and temperature.
