FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Engine-compressor unit comprises internal combustion engine, gas cleaner and pressure receiver. Internal combustion engine comprises cylindrical crankcase, head with inlet and outlet valves, shaft with round webs and one pair of con rods coupled with crankshaft crankpin. Aforesaid head incorporates spark plug or diesel nozzle and is arranged inside crankcase, between crankshaft webs. One rocker is pivoted to every con rod, said rocker being articulated with aforesaid head so that valves and spark plug, diesel nozzle, are located between pivot joints. Width of every con rod, rocker and head length are equal to crankshaft web-to-web distance. Con rod total length in a pair equals or is smaller than total length of rockers connected thereto and width of head between their pivot joints. Crankcase incorporates U-shape plate with width equal to crankshaft web-to-web distance, said plate being arranged opposite the head and between crankshaft webs. Crankcase incorporates also intake channel arranged to the right of head and outlet channel to the left of head, said outlet channel comprising exhaust and vent valves. While above the heat, the crankcase incorporates a bypass channel with bypass valve communicating compressor outlet channel with its inlet channel. Crankcase top part, U-shape plate and crankshaft two webs make the compressor. Con rods and rockers divide compressor chamber into suction and discharge chambers.

EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions, weight and costs.
