FIELD: training means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training simulators for simulation of process faults and can be used for training and demonstration of skills of diagnostic maintenance, adjustment, repair of automatic control circuit of linear valves of main gas pipeline. Objective of the proposed invention is to improve the professional level of an oil and gas industry worker in servicing valve assemblies with automatic control systems, ensuring safety of people and increasing efficiency of troubleshooting during maintenance of valve units of the main gas pipeline. Installation employs a small-size valve DN-57 of the main gas pipeline, which enables to achieve compactness of the control unit with a pneumatic drive, wherein all units and elements of the installation are placed in the classroom, and the compressor is installed outside the classroom. Training and testing unit is controlled from an electropneumatic control unit, a local control cabinet and remotely, using an automatic control system of the compressor shop through a personal computer.

EFFECT: simulation of technical faults on the basis of a training and testing installation for setting up a control circuit of a crane with an automatic control system.
