FIELD: sugar industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves taking previous crystallization jets into final massecuite vacuum unit; condensing said jets to desirable excess saturation extent; providing crystal formation; growing thereof; taking part of massecuite from one vacuum unit and transferring it into other vacuum unit; boiling massecuite in two vacuum units and condensing to desirable dry substance content; diluting massecuite before discharging from vacuum units into receiving massecuite mixer; providing staged crystallization by cooling in massecuite mixers-catalyzers disposed within crystallizer to required temperature and centrifuging for producing of yellow sugar and molasses. Massecuite is boiled out in vacuum units to dry substance content of 94.5-95.5%. Each massecuite is diluted by hot water to dry substance content of 90.8-91.5% before feeding to first cooling crystallization stage. Cooling crystallization is provided until temperature of 35-40 C is reached. Massecuite is further diluted by hot molasses until dry substance content of 92.5-92.8% is reached and centrifuged in continuous filtering centrifuges. On crystal formation in vacuum units, before feeding of each massecuite to first cooling crystallization stage in massecuite mixers-crystallizers and on diluting by molasses before centrifuging, distilled monoglyceride is introduced into each of massecuites in equal amounts with total consumption of monoglyceride constituting 0.02-0.04% by weight of massecuite.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing deep molasses exhaustion, improved conditions for final massecuite separation and improved quality of yellow sugar.
